This policy explains what personal information collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.
Who we are
sells padel courts made by our manufacturing partner. You can contact us about privacy at any time at .
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us. When you request a quote we receive:
- your name, email address and country
- your phone or WhatsApp number, if you give it
- the court, number of courts, type of venue and timing you select
- anything you write in the message box
- the web page that linked you to our site, if any
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any sensitive information through this website. You don't need an account.
How we use it
- to prepare and send your quote and answer your questions
- to arrange your order, delivery and after-sales support if you go ahead
- to keep business and tax records we are required to keep
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
- Our manufacturing partner in China. To price and build your courts we share project details such as court model, quantity, colours and delivery country. We share your name and delivery contact only if you place an order and they are needed for shipping.
- Our website host, Netlify (United States), which stores quote requests sent through the form and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- Our email provider, which stores the emails we exchange with you.
- Freight and installation partners, only for confirmed orders and only what they need to deliver and install.
Some of these organisations are outside your country. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles and, for UK and EU visitors, the UK and EU GDPR.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking of any kind. Our fonts and scripts are hosted on our own site, so visiting a page does not send your details to Google or any other third party. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, we don't show a cookie banner.
If we ever add analytics or marketing tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead with an order, we delete your enquiry within 24 months. If you do order, we keep order records for 7 years because tax law requires it.
Your rights, including deletion
You can ask us at any time to:
- show you the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop using it for a particular purpose
Email with the subject “Delete my data” or “My data”, from the address you used. We will confirm and act within 30 days. We may need to keep order records the law requires, and we will tell you if that applies.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or the data protection authority in your EU country.
Emails
We only email you about your enquiry or order. We don't send newsletters or marketing. If we ever do, it will only be with your consent, and every message will include a one-click unsubscribe link.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults planning a court purchase. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle your quote.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
