Orders and refunds
How ordering works, what you pay and when, and what happens if something goes wrong. Your written quote and order confirmation set out the exact terms for your project.
How an order works
- We send an itemised written quote.
- You confirm the order in writing and we send an order confirmation.
- You pay a 30% deposit and production starts.
- You pay the 70% balance before the courts are shipped.
What the price includes
Every quote lists each cost separately, so there are no hidden fees. Unless your quote says otherwise, court prices are “ex-works” (collected from the factory) and the following are quoted as separate lines or are your responsibility:
- sea freight and insurance
- import duty, customs clearance and local taxes such as GST or VAT
- foundations, groundworks and site preparation
- installation, if you choose it
Timing
Production usually takes 25 to 35 days after your deposit, depending on the model. Sea freight times vary by destination. These are estimates. We will keep you updated, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs or events outside our control.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect the delivery when it arrives and tell us about any missing or damaged items within 7 days, with photos. Each order includes a spare glass panel and a spare LED light.
Cancelling an order
- Before production starts: we refund your deposit, less any costs we have already paid on your behalf, which we will show you.
- After production starts: courts are made to order to your specification, so the deposit is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
- After shipping: orders cannot be cancelled. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
Warranty
Our courts come with the manufacturer's warranty set out in your quote. Currently that is 5 years on the court system, with 10 years on the tempered glass, 4 years on the steel structure, 3 years on the turf and 2 years on the LED lights. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, poor foundations or installation that doesn't follow the manual.
Your rights under the law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you buy outside Australia, you keep the rights your local law gives you. Nothing in this policy limits them.
